Digital textbooks and teacher materials are restricted for use by authorized users who have purchased materials from Clairmont Press, Inc. Digital textbooks and teacher materials are restricted to one user per textbook purchased. Teachers are prohibited from using digital textbook and materials for students who do not have purchased textbooks.
You may download and use materials found on the site for personal, noncommercial, educational use on a limited basis provided you 1) do not download quantities of material that can be used to avoid future use of the site 2) any materials you copy bear the appropriate trademark or copyright of Clairmont Press. Rights to access such materials expire with the expiration of the adoption, typically six years. At the end of the adoption period, all Clairmont Press content must be deleted from networks, hard drives, digital devices, or any location where files have been saved, whether for individual use or for distribution.
